Our Story
TrailTable was born on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2023. After countless miles of bland, repetitive trail meals, our founders knew there had to be a better way. Why should adventure mean sacrificing flavor and nutrition?
We partnered with chefs and nutritionists to create freeze-dried meals that don't just fuel your adventures—they enhance them. Every recipe is designed to deliver maximum flavor, optimal nutrition, and the lightest possible pack weight.
Today, TrailTable meals have traveled to every continent (yes, including Antarctica) and have fueled thru-hikers, mountaineers, kayakers, and weekend warriors alike.
